Jo's gentle mixed level Hatha Yoga classes explore various asana (physical postures) whilst working with the breath. Mindful movements soothe the mind as well as the body and classes always have an uplifting theme. Suitable for all levels from beginners to experienced students as options and variations are offered. Each class ends with a meditation and/or relaxation.

£4 for Yoga Society members*
£7 for non-members

Instructions

Once you've booked your place, you will be sent a confirmation email with instructions on how to join the Zoom class.

You need to have your own yoga mat and should practice the class with your camera on so that the teacher can see you and recommend adjustments if necessary.

Please login and test joining the Zoom meeting link at least 5 minutes early to register and set up your space, ready for the class to begin on time.
