An Iyengar yoga general level workshop with Suzanne Gribble and Elaine Morrison. The workshop will be from 11am until 4 pm and will include a break midway for light refreshments.
Situated in the beautiful bright gallery at The Bhavan the workshop is suitable for students with a minimum of six months regular practice.
Please bring your own mat and equipment if practical to bring.
