Do you enjoy technology, coding, or creating things? Our Tech Workshop introduces young people to building and programming smart electronic devices using microcontrollers, MicroPython, 3D design, and 3D printing.
Perfect for beginners as well as those with some coding experience, learners will design, build, and program electronic projects while exploring sensors, motors, LEDs, buttons, and automation.
Throughout the camp, children will develop valuable STEM skills, including:
Participants will also get hands-on experience with our own 123Robot® competition robot. They will learn how the robot works, assemble it using screws and tools, and program its gripper and sensors. This provides an exciting introduction to robotics, engineering, and automation.
For families who would like to continue learning at home, the robot kits and many of the electronic components used during the camp will be available to purchase.
Please provide a nut-free packed lunch for your child. We'll have a short breaks during the session to refuel and recharge!
