✨ New Year Yoga Kickstarter - A Gentle Beginning ✨
🧘🏻♀️ This 2-hour New Year Yoga Kickstarter workshop is your invitation to begin again… gently.
Whether you’ve always been curious about yoga, you’re returning after a break, or you’ve been struggling to get back into a regular rhythm, this workshop is here to help yoga feel accessible, enjoyable and sustainable (not just another chore or short-lived New Year’s resolution!)
🕉️ We’ll start with a relaxed, informal chat about what yoga really is (and what it isn’t), exploring how we can make it supportive, realistic and something that fits into real life. Think yoga as a lifelong companion, not something you have to be “good at” or do perfectly.
✨ From there, you’ll be guided through:
❥ A gentle Hatha yoga practice, suitable for beginners and returners
❥ Simple, grounding breathwork to calm the nervous system
❥ A deep guided relaxation, supported by soothing sound
☕️ We’ll finish with tea and a sweet treat, plus space for questions... about yoga, practice, or how to build a habit that truly sticks.
Come as you are. No flexibility required.
Just a willingness to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself.

The Tarka Clinic is located behind Marks & Spencers.
The nearest parking is the Cattle Market carpark, and I would suggest putting 3-hours on your ticket to be on the safe side!
You will head in through reception at the clinic and then around the corner there is a door up to the studio (there are quite steep stairs leading up).
Please bring with you:
✨ A yoga mat if you have one (I do have spares!)
✨ A blanket
✨ A comfy pillow (not a scatter cushion!)
