These sessions are best taken as a 4 week course however can be booked as single sessions if required.

Our Yoga for Pregnancy classes are designed to support and ground you through the physical, emotional, and energetic shifts of pregnancy.

With a focus on creating comfort and stability, you’ll explore gentle, safe postures to help ease common discomforts, build strength where you need it most, and create space in both body and mind. Each session also includes breathing practices to soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and connect you more deeply with your changing body and your baby.

This class is led by Saara Vance, an experienced teacher with a deep passion for supporting women’s wellbeing during pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. Saara specialises in Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal Yoga for Mums and Babies, creating a space that’s welcoming, supportive, and grounded in care.
