An opportunity to both meditate with me and then relax, lie down and experience VortexHealing® Divine energy healing in the comfort of your own home.
The guided meditation will help you to leave the outer world behind and drop into your sacred inner space to deepen your healing experience.
After 10 minutes you are invited to stay seated or lie down and relax to receive a free VortexHealing® session.
Instruktioner
Make sure you are in a quiet, undisturbed space for around an hour. A blanket and cushion or pillow or anything else to help you to deeply relax and let go.
