45 minutes to 1 hour of meditation coaching with me as part of an 8 week package

  • a mixture of meditation, coaching questions and healing It may be handy to have pen & paper to hand to jot down afterwards anything that comes up

Session Preparation Guide
To ensure you receive the most benefit from our meditation coaching sessions together, I recommend that you take some time to prepare your space by following these steps 10-15 minutes before we begin:

Find a quiet and comfortable room, where you can sit comfortably and not be disturbed for the duration of the coaching session
Take a few moments before the meeting begins to breathe and relax in silence
Shut down all other apps and windows on your computer
Put your phone on silent or leave it on vibrate

Consider the questions below:

  1. What do I want to receive from today’s meditation coaching session? What is my intention for the time we have together?

  2. What will help me to prepare for our session today? What do I need to do to be fully present?

  3. What would I like to be held accountable for? Is there anything I didn’t accomplish that needs attention and care?
