This is a dance based class in which Jade will teach you in her signature style which has made her pole dance classes popular over the years. It may be fast, it may be slow, it may be twerk, it may be classique⊠it will be FUN!
Suitable for All Levels
NivÄ: Advanced, Intermediate, Experienced Beginner & Inverters
Kneepads essential, heels optional.
Class starts at 12:00pm prompt.
Please do not use lotions or oils on the skin before class as this makes the poles slippery. Please remove all jewellery. Please bring water.
Wear clothing that will make you feel confident, however for safety reasons we ask that clothes are form fitting and appropriate for the class.
