How to use it
There is no right or wrong way to work through this guide. Some women read it from cover to cover. Others open it at the section that is calling to them most. Some use it as a journalling companion, sitting with one question at a time over several weeks. Others move through it quickly and return to the sections that stirred something.
The only guidance is this — answer honestly. The most honest answer is always the most valuable one.
