To attend this retreat you need to have done the Introduction to Raja Yoga Meditation.

To journey back to my essence, I need to reflect on spiritual truths and meditate on my innate qualities, with the aim of experiencing these qualities. When we go deeply within, having suspended thinking of others and all that is going on in the world, we can experience deep peace, love and happiness welling up from within us. During this weekend, you will have the opportunity to step away from the frantic pace of life, and spend time in a peaceful, spiritual atmosphere, re-connecting with your inner life in silence.
