Introductory Raja Yoga Meditation Weekend Retreat

This retreat is for people who have not done the Introduction to Raja Yoga Meditation before.

Topics covered include: the types of thoughts we have, our spiritual identity, the Supreme Soul and the law of karma. There will be time for meditation, conversation, group activities, some silence and walks in nature.
