Being optimistic, expecting success and favourable outcomes toward the plans i make, being happy, looking at life from the bright side of things. Above all my aim is to be forward moving in life, taking steps to increase my self awareness and self compassion.

Although our programs have no fixed fee in the spirit of community service, guests are encouraged to make a financial contribution towards the running costs of the Retreat Centre. For further information, please email or phone.
