Shoden - The first teachings of Reiki
This 3 week immersion is perfect for beginners or those looking to reconnect with Reiki.
The system of Reiki is a treasure of meditations, mindfulness, precepts and energy exercises that can enhance our wellbeing on every level, mind, body and soul.
Over the course of 3 weeks, you will establish a beautifully grounded foundation for your reiki practice.
You will receive a rejiu empowerment ( an energetic blessing ), learn how to work with energy for self - healing and gain the confidence to integrate reiki into your daily life.
Expect deep personal shifts, guided practices and connection with a like-hearted community.
You will receive your Reiki manual and recommended pre-course study via mail a month before the course begins.
There will be recorded resources to support you between classes and beyond them.
This course takes place 7-9pm on Tuesdays 10th, 17th and 24th November and all three sessions must be attended to receive certification.
This course is limited to 8 participants.

The venue has mats but you may want to bring a cushion and blanket for additional comfort.
Chairs are available if required.
Please bring a pen and journal with you
Herbal teas will be provided but you may wish to bring a water bottle too.

The barn is situated in the grounds of Bray Stables,a family owned private property. There is a white sign opposite the entrance saying BRAY STABLES.
Come down the driveway and look to the left for the car park. Park here and then follow the little pathway across the road to The Kinsbourne Barn.
Please do not park in the farm yard- the farmer needs easy access!
