Join Jasmine for a gentle workshop of Restorative Yoga, a chance to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself as the year begins to wind down.
Restorative Yoga is a deeply restful practice using props to fully support the body, allowing you to release layers of holding and settle into stillness. With longer-held postures, gentle breath awareness, and spacious pauses, this practice invites your nervous system to shift into a relaxed state.
Rest is often the very thing we need most yet find hardest to claim. This workshop is designed to create a gentle, inclusive space where you can truly stop, let go of doing, and tend to your inner world. We’ll move slowly, with time for reflection, supported relaxation, and the simple nourishment of shared quiet. No prior experience is needed – all bodies, abilities, and levels of practice are very welcome.
As winter deepens and the outside world grows darker and busier, this is an opportunity to step aside from the rush and reconnect with your own rhythm. Think of it as a gift of rest for yourself – a gentle reminder that slowing down is not only allowed, but essential.
