Come and experience Børn of the Forest at this free Home Education Taster Session.
This relaxed session is for home-educating families who would like to explore how our woodland setting and experienced team could support their child’s home education journey.
Children will have time to play, explore, create and follow their interests in the woods, while grown-ups can chat to us about what they would value from future home-ed provision.
We’re keen to hear directly from families about what would work best for them, whether that’s regular sessions, project-based learning, small-group opportunities, SEND-friendly provision or occasional workshops.
This session is completely free to attend.
Spaces are limited, so please only book if you genuinely intend to come. If your plans change, please cancel your place as soon as possible so it can be offered to another family.
Please come dressed for the weather and for getting muddy! We recommend sturdy footwear, waterproofs when needed and warm layers.
Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult throughout the session.
Please bring a drink and any snacks your child may need.
The session will take place outdoors in our woodland setting, so please expect uneven ground, mud and all the usual joys of being outside.
If you can no longer attend, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer it to another family.
Full directions and parking information will be included in your booking confirmation.
Bokningsavgift: 3,4 % + £0.20 per bokning
