Come have a sauna enjoy the warmth and cold plunge, be in nature and relax to the sounds of a peaceful woodland.

1hr £12.50 per session. Please book online to secure your place.

What's included is a communal sauna space of up to 6 people with ample space to relax and receive the full sauna benefits.

There will be a cooling area, a hammock, fir outdoor fire and of course the heat of the sauna.

**Please bring a towel to sit on, in the sauna and a water bottle.
