A whole body approach to return to exercise following pregnancy
Regain connection to the deep core and pelvic floor for a safe return to exercise.
8 weeks of gentle progression. Suitable for all fitness levels. Please not we have no class on February 23rd
Weekly app based workout available to the group for those who would like to do a modified body weight version at home.
Group coffee date to mark the end of term on week 8 included
GP clearance letter required for mums less tban 16 weeks pp.
