Wrexham Parents and Carers Woodland Wellbeing sessions @ Felin Puleston

These are supportive outdoor wellbeing sessions for parents and carers of any children with additional needs or disabilities living in Wrexham. No diagnosis is necessary

• A chance to sit around the fire and laugh or chat with other parents.
  
• Cook and enjoy vegetarian food on the fire - or just eat!
• An opportunity to try out woodland activities or crafts or participate in mindfulness activities.

We run whatever the weather (except high winds) with a shelter to keep us dry on rainy days.
