Post natal yoga for mum and some moves for baby. Suitable from 6wks up to crawling. If your baby sleeps, feeds, needs a nappy change this is all fine to do in the room, and don’t worry if they cry, it happens all the time.
Mats are provided. There's a large carpark next to the Tipis. Don't worry if your'e a bit late.
