Our Aerial Foundations Programme is the perfect way to begin your aerial journey in a supportive, beginner friendly environment. Starting alongside others at the same level, you’ll build confidence, strength, and aerial skills over six exciting weeks while discovering whether hoop or silks is your favourite.
Designed especially for complete beginners, this structured programme helps you feel comfortable from day one, with expert guidance, a welcoming community, and plenty of time to progress at your own pace.
For £99, your programme includes:
• 6 x 1 hour aerial classes on Monday evenings at 7:15pm - 8:15pm
(3 x Aerial Hoop & 3 x Aerial Silks)
• 1 x Bespoke 1:1 private session with a Cirque de Silk instructor
Gain extra support, build confidence, and refine anything you’re finding challenging.
• 3 x Professional aerial photographs
Captured during your final session to celebrate your progress and achievements.
• Weekly whatsapp check ins, tracking progress and constant support

How to find us: Cirque de Silk, 83 Highstreet, Street, BA16 0EZ.
We are opposite Coffee #1 on the highstreet. You'll see the white door, in between the flower beds which takes you into the Crispin Hall. If the front door is shut please ring our doorbell on the left-hand side and a teacher will be down to let you in. You'll have last crumb cafe on the first floor. Go up the 3 x sets of stairs and we will be on the left; there should be plenty of signage to help direct you. Any issues call the studio on : 01458 897170
Toilets : After first set of stairs you have the toilets on the left. If there is a sign saying they're closed please ignore this as it is for the general public, Cirque de Silk students are allowed to use them. CODE: CXY6 turn the handle to the left.
What to wear: We recommend long leggings and a vest top, anything that is easy to move in but covers the legs to avoid friction burns. No jewellery, watches or zips please to avoid damaging the equipment. Please bring a water bottle.
