The Monthly MELT SOUND Session - Without FAMO balls

This is extended MELT session with the addition of sound bowls provided by Jo Hawker will accompany us as we move through the motions and massage. For those that want to experience a true melting of tissue. We focus on the fascial movement qualities of Yielding (adapting and softening to external environment) Gliding ( ease of movement) FLUIDITY (tissue health) and ADAPTABILITY (the ability for out body~mind to shift in patterns and support change). We do this through movement sequences and dynamic motion onand around soft massage balls.
