You will be:
Making the dough
Prepare the 'fonçage'
Learning how to prepare the fillings: Creme patissiere, Lemon curd, Almond Cream & more
Decorating and finishing the tarts
Complimentary:
A welcome drink will be offered at your arrival (limited to the coffee menu - matcha not included)
Sweet treat will be offered for the break
Official Comptoir apron included with every lessons! (RRP £20)
