STUDIO Session Prenatal Pilates Balanced Changes (option to join online)

This short course of classes is designed to help to support you through your pregnancy and help to prepare you for the birth of your baby or babies. We will work at a gentle and restorative pace to strengthen and balance your body as your pregnancy progresses. The classes are suitable for all trimesters, especially your second and third trimesters, and are a really lovely way to meet other mums-to-be.
Prenatal Pilates can be useful in the management of pregnancy related conditions such as lower back pain, SPD / PGP. Please gain consent to exercise from your GP, Midwife or health care provider before joining the class, especially if you are experiencing any discomfort or pain.
If your baby/babies is/are due part way through the series of classes, please get in touch and we can arrange for you to book and pay until the date that you choose - e.g. your due date.

To enable your teacher to offer you suitable modifications, a health questionnaire must be completed before you join a class and we request that you inform your teacher if your health changes at any point, or if you have any injuries that we should be aware of.

What to wear: something comfortable that you can move in and has plenty of stretch - leggings or jogging bottoms. Socks if in the studio, or bare feet/socks at home.
What to bring: a Pilates or yoga mat if you wish, or if you don't have one, we have spare mats at the studio. A water bottle is advisable.
Fees are payable in advance of the course beginning by BACS or PayPal. To help us to manage our class bookings please pay promptly.

You will find Cscape Pilates Studio through the small courtyard of Sully's Frames. Roadside parking is available. There are also council carparks either end of Commercial Road, both just a couple of minutes walk from the studio. Great coffee a few doors down.
