Join us for a free workshop for young people 16-25 with learning disabilities in Herefordshire, led by Open Theatre.
Open Theatre's workshop sessions are based on our non-verbal physical theatre practice, we used movement, play, and creativity to explore ideas and express ourselves. Sessions are always open, inclusive, and fun, giving everyone the chance to share their unique talents, styles, and voices — without needing to use words!

We suggest you wear comfortable clothes you can move in easily, trainers or soft soled shoes (you may also dance barefoot).
Please bring a packed lunch, snacks and a drink for the day.
