A restful and restorative midweek pause, a moment to breathe deeply, to soften your body, calm your mind, and tend to your soul as the vibrations and frequencies of different instruments played with the intention to sooth and harmonise your energies guide you into a place of deep relaxation and stillness within.
Bring yoga mats, blankets, cushions and warm clothing ready to nestle down, get comfortable, and drift off to a peaceful and tranquil place.
A gentle way to soothe the nervous system, releasing stress and tension, promoting deep rest. Helping you feel balanced and aligned.

Please try to arrive 5 - 10min before start to get yourself comfortable.
Parking is free for events at the village hall. Just place your number plate into the tablet on the wall within the entrance to the hall.
Bring water, blankets, cushions, yoga mats, sleeping bags, eye masks, a chair if you wish, whatever else you need to get cosy and comfortable for an hour of relaxation.
Some health condition are contraindications for sound baths, these are pregnancy 1st and 3rd trimester, epilepsy, pacemakers and metal implants, if you have any health concerns please contact Laura on 07485095715
