• All ticket sales are final; tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and valid only for the selected class and date.
• Only tickets for sold-out classes may be resold privately; Desi Vibes Collective does not manage or guarantee transfers.
• Ticket transfers require emailing info@desivibeslondon.com at least 24 hours before the class with the new attendee’s full name, email, and contact number; failure to do so may result in refusal of entry.
• Class bundles are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same individual for the confirmed classes only.
• If a class is cancelled or rescheduled by Desi Vibes Collective, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or transfer to a class of equal value.
• Participation is at your own risk; Desi Vibes Collective is not liable for injury, loss, or damage.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.
• Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time and will be shared via email and reflected on the website.
