This course is in person only, since it is not practical to have zoom equipment in a room with hula hoops! Spaces are limited to ensure enough space for participants to safely spin a hoop
Note there is no class 6th July
Learn all the basics of waist hooping and 'off-body' hoop tricks as well, working up to moves such as the 'vortex', leg hooping and shoulder hooping.
This course is a fast track to kick start your hoop journey. Move your body, have fun and learn a new skill ready for the summer festivals!
Who's it for: Everyone aged 16+, younger students may be admitted on enquiry.
Please wear indoor trainers to protect your feet and clothes you can move in. No belts, dangly earrings or wrist jewellery.
Hula hoops provided but participants are welcome to bring their own if they wish.
