Join us for Andrew's illustrated talk focusing on 'Encouraging Wildlife in Your Garden'. Any garden can be enhanced to provide food and habitats for wildlife through the choice of plants and wildlife-friendly management. Insects and other invertebrate animals are vital components of a healthy wildlife garden, providing services such as pollination, recycling of dead plant material and providing food for birds bats, hedgehogs, frogs and toads.

Andrew Halstead is an Entomologist who worked in that capacity for the RHS at Wisley Garden for 41 years. He has a wide knowledge of garden wildlife, particularly the smaller kinds.
