Spring Awakening — Extended Sound Session with Reiki and Oracle Cards, Arthur Greenwood Centre

For Spring Awakening this April, I'm joined by my good friend Linda from Hope Holistics, who will be offering Reiki to each of you as you rest and settle into the sound. Two practices, sharing the same space — I've been wanting to bring this evening together for a while, and I'm really excited to finally do it.

The session runs from 6pm to 7.30pm, giving us more time than usual to emerge slowly. Afterwards, there will be refreshing jasmine tea with oracle cards.— an open, gentle space to reflect on whatever came up for you.

No experience necessary. Just come as you are.

Please note, sound baths are not recommended for those in the 1st trimester of pregnancy, those with a pacemaker / metal implants.
