Do you ever feel like your mind is constantly switched on?
Perhaps you're juggling too much, overthinking, or carrying a mental to-do list that never seems to end. You might feel wired yet exhausted, longing for a little more quiet, clarity and space to simply be.
As summer softens into autumn, nature invites us to slow down. In Ayurvedic seasonal wisdom, this transition marks the beginning of Vata season - a time when the mind can easily become busy, scattered and overstimulated.
Clear Skies is a gentle invitation to pause, settle the mental noise, and return to a greater sense of calm, presence and perspective.
Together we'll explore a nourishing afternoon of body-based practices designed to help you slow down, reconnect and create space for what truly matters.
Throughout the workshop you'll experience:
• Gentle yoga
• Breath practices (pranayama)
• Sensory awareness practices
• Guided meditation
• Reflective journalling
Leave with a quieter mind, a clearer perspective, and a greater sense of presence, along with simple practices to support you throughout the season.
Please bring a journal (and a pen if you'd like to write). Everything else is provided.
No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. This is a welcoming space that meets you exactly where you are.
