Join us at the studio for a special candlelit pilates experience, followed by drinks and a chance to unwind, catch up with friends & meet likeminded others!
We will then head over to the bead bar, where you can carefully select your favourite charms to design your very own charm keyring.
An evening full of movement, calm & creativity!
Please wear comfortable, cosy activewear that allows you to move freely during the class.
Please be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session.
A mat will be provided.
