Supported with Reiki, and massage, we journey into renewal, sensuality, and deep connection with self and spirit.

What to bring: Please bring all you need to make a comfortable and cosy nest, blankets, cushions, eye masks etc. We have plenty in the studio should you need to borrow any. Wear something warm and comfortable – PJs are most welcome!! If you don’t wish to partake in the Rose & Hawthorn, you are very welcome to bring your own favourite tea.

â—Ź EmBodhi is the first barn you'll see on your right with the 5mph sign outside (you'll see the goose and duck house and petting farm to your left). You'll see some prayer flags hanging outside and my white VW Caddy parked up.
â—Ź Parking is located outside or just after the studio, next to Penbode Vets, please park here or, if this car park is busy, you can park in the leisure farm car park which is a 2 min walk to the barn.
