Autumn is a season of transition and harvest, when we often feel a shift in our energy from the active nature of summer. This afternoon offers you space to reset both mentally and physically. You can expect a Yoga practice, refreshments, and a soundbath.
We will kick off the afternoon with a full yoga practice, which will allow us to dive deeper into a juicy asana practice, pranayama and much more. Following the practice, we will be ready for refreshments; an afternoon treat, a drink and a chance to connect as a group.
To round things off, I am especially excited to include a sound session from the most excellent human, Gillian Buchan. Gillian is a yoga teacher, who has a passion for sound, particularly the Tibetan singing bowls and gongs. Sound can be deeply calming and rejuvinating and Gill will bring her magic to round off this event special event.
The meeting house is a wonderful space but it isn't the studio, so not all the kit is available. I will provide some to use on the day but if you are able to bring a mat, that would be brilliant. Please indicate in the booking form, if you are able to bring a mat.

Cancellation policy: Please contact me if you can no longer attend. Cancellation up to a month before the event (10th Sept) will incur a %50 fee and one month or less will incur the full ticket price.
