During this fun 3.5 hour workshop there will be freedom to create (almost) any animal of your choice. With your photograph of your subject/pet, you will sculpt your chosen animal using various techniques, with demonstrations at every stage, with guidance and support from Sarah throughout.
Starting from a slab of clay, through the process of shaping, creating surface decoration and texture to adding colour with clay slips and underglaze.
Your piece will be left in Sarah’s care at the end of the workshop to allow drying time and the final stage of firing in the kiln. Your work will be available for collection in 2-3 weeks.
