Evening Face Yoga: Unwind & Glow
Unwind after a long day with a relaxing face yoga session. I will guide you through gentle exercises, soothing facial massages, and simple acupressure techniques to melt away tension and leave your skin feeling refreshed. Itâs the perfect way to let go of stress, boost circulation, and give your face a natural, feel-good lift. Come relax, recharge, and glow your way into the night.
Please wash your face and apply some face oil before the class starts.
Have some cosy items for relaxation at the end.
Face oils are available to purchase from me but please feel free to use your own products for your skin.
We will be massaging our faces so please wear minimal makeup.
Glasses may need to be removed when focusing on the eye area.
