Charity Big Push & Picnic 2025

Come along to Chorlton Water Park from 10am (large free carpark) and join in a walk around the lake (if preferred you can run or jog round). We'll aim for 3 laps (approx 4km) but you're welcome to do as many as you like.

Follow on IG/ FB for regular updates and news on our BIG SCAVENGER HUNT to win some amazing prizes and get you out in your local area to ‘find’ the prize cards 🎁.

Many mums come not knowing anyone to the Big Push, but you will definitely leave having made new friends, chance to chat and feeling energised.

This is NOT a class, IT'S A MOVEMENT!

Physical movement: enjoying some outdoor exercise that is great for maternal mental health, reducing anxiety and releasing those feel-good hormones

A movement of togetherness for a humanitarian cause - a 'band of mums' raising awareness and money to support The British Red Cross Gaza Crisis Appeal..

After the Push please stay around for a picnic, so bring along your blankets, drinks, snacks and cake!

Anyone is welcome to the Big Push so bring your mum friends along.
You do not need to be a For Baby and Me attendee to join the Push.

Also we’ll be joined by some local business pals who you may already know 💃🏼!
