This summer, let’s get creative at the Gerald Moore Gallery with our exciting art and creative workshops!

Explore a variety of disciplines including fashion design, kite-making, painting, printmaking, and more, in fun, energetic, and engaging sessions. Your child will have the opportunity to make new friends, get inspired, and enjoy art-making in a creative, safe, and supportive environment.

Workshop hours: Each workshop runs from 10am to 2.30pm

Illustration & Crafty Bookbinding Workshop
Ages 6–11
Do you love telling stories and sharing them with friends and family? In this fun and creative workshop, you’ll learn how to write imaginative short stories and bring them to life with still-life-inspired illustrations. To finish, you’ll bind your very own book using colourful string—ready to take home and treasure!

Create Your Own Board Game
Ages 6–11
Design and build the board game of your dreams! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create your own game board, sculpt a custom die, and invent unique characters and rules. Once your masterpiece is complete, you'll get to play and test it out with other participants. Perfect for sharing with friends and family over the summer holidays!

Creative Engineer for a Day
Ages 7–12
Step into the shoes of an engineer! In this exciting hands-on workshop, you’ll design and build your own mini skyscraper and bridge using sticks and rods. Explore sculptural techniques, test the strength of your creations, and discover how different materials behave. A fun way to learn about architecture, engineering, and creative problem-solving!
