A feminine approach to Vinyasa Yoga.
Expect captivating music, a relaxing atmosphere and a combination of creative movement and subtle breath-work.
This class will be your weekly sanctuary, a place where you can relax, unwind and connect to your body, mind and the natural rhythm of nature.
All bodies and all experience (or lack of) are welcome, please inform me of anything you may need extra support with or if you would like a hands off approach.
Instruktioner
Please bring with you a mat, water and any equipment you may need. I do have a small selection of mats, blocks and straps. There is a small carport to the side of the building and parking for 4 cars if you park 2:2 infront the building. I just ask that you are mindful of the residents if parking in the village.
There is also space for bikes if you are more local.
