Art journaling is a wonderful way to find the courage and freedom to express yourself and experiment with creativity. In this course, you will create a unique hand-bound journal using inexpensive and easy to find materials and simple fun techniques. The course is designed to bring a child-like spirit and playfulness to creating. You will use acrylic paint, ink, markers, coloured pencils, stamps, collage and stitching to create patterned papers that will be bound into a beautiful journal that is ready for your use. Anyone can join. No experience needed.
The course will have the following structure over 6 weeks

Materials provided.
The cost is $75 for the 6 week course. This is payable by Credit card or bank transfer.
If you have a Community Services card the fee is reduced to $37.50. Please email your name, address, phone number and email address to wea.south@xtra.co.nz stating which course you want to enrol in. We will enrol you and then you can pay by bank transfer. You will be required to bring your CS card on the first day for verification.
