Starting on 24th September Aerial for adults is back, this workshop is suitable for beginners and improvers.
Each week high flyers will have the chance to learn aerial silks, cocoon and trapeze. Moving from the basics through to more advanced tricks.
This series of classes will develop strength, confidence and flexibility.
Wear tight fitting clothing that will not be too constrictive, you should be able to move and stretch in it.
Loose tops will go over your head when you are upside down.
Please do not wear jewellery to class as it will have to be removed.
Please bring water to class.
