Institute of Hospitality South East Region: Gala & Fund-raising Dinner

Dry January is over… and we know just the place to celebrate! 🥂

On 1st February 2027, the Institute of Hospitality South East Region returns to the magnificent Cliveden House for our Annual Gala and Fundraising Dinner; an evening of great hospitality, wonderful company and, of course, a very good excuse to dress up!

There are few places quite like Cliveden, and we couldn't think of a better setting to bring together friends, colleagues and industry leaders for what promises to be one of the highlights of our hospitality calendar.

We'll start with a Champagne reception and canapés, followed by a beautifully prepared three-course dinner accompanied by exceptional wines; all served in the surroundings of one of Britain's most iconic country house hotels.

But beyond the fabulous food, wine and company, there's a purpose to the evening.
We'll once again be raising funds for Hospitality Action and the Institute of Hospitality's Bursary Fund, with a raffle on the evening featuring some fantastic prizes generously donated by our industry partners;

Whether you're a long-standing member, new to the Institute, or simply passionate about our wonderful industry, this is an evening for everyone.

Great people, a spectacular setting, a worthy cause and perhaps that first well-earned glass of Champagne after Dry January!

So dust off the black tie, find that evening dress and put 1st February in your diary.
