We'll follow a Vinyasa Style of Yoga for our Physical Practice ~ linking movement to the rhythm of our breath - Fun, Friendly and Nurturing practice
During our time we'll experience a journey through the layers of our Being to our true self, the witness - our journey moves us from our external environment to awareness of the Physical Body, Energetic Body and the thinking Mind - connect with our inner layers of Intuition/ Wisdom and pause in our Bliss state (in the present moment)
