Over our five weeks together, you'll learn a range of gentle, nurturing baby massage techniques that you can continue using at home. These relaxing strokes can support sleep, ease common baby discomforts such as wind, colic and teething, and create precious opportunities for bonding and connection with your baby.
Following each session, there will be time to relax, chat and connect with other parents in a warm and welcoming environment. Many parents tell me that this shared time becomes just as valuable as the massage itself, offering a chance to build friendships and feel supported during the early months of parenthood.
This course is suitable for babies from 4 weeks old through to pre-crawling.
At your first session, you'll receive a bottle of baby massage oil and a course handbook, giving you everything you need to continue your baby massage journey at home.
Classes are held in the beautiful Wellbeing Studio at Be Well Barn. The studio is located upstairs, with lift access available, making it easily accessible for all families.

After the session, you're welcome to continue your morning at the wonderful Revive Café, located on site. It's the perfect opportunity to enjoy a delicious hot drink or bite to eat, while spending a little more time connecting with the friends you've made during the course.
