Join us for an uplifting lead and follow style. We love doing easy routines to an energising mix of pop hits, dance anthems, house, RnB vibes, world flavours, dancehall grooves, and whatever else gets us feeling good.
Easy to follow with zero pressure and no judgement. Just a joyful time outdoors with lovely people.
Little ones and babies are very welcome. There is usually a mix of people, some with children and some without, and it all flows beautifully. It is relaxed, friendly, and all about enjoying a feel good dance session together.
We will be behind Hove lagoon on the beach in front of the boat club ( in front of where the beach huts end), on the sand . Bring water and be ready to have a good dance .

We’ll meet on the beach directly south of Hove Lagoon (Kingsway, BN3 4LX) - cross the promenade from the lagoon and come down onto the sand. Look for the humans and headsets!
