We move to easy-to-follow choreography, squeeze in a few squats, sweat it out and let our hair down under atmospheric, feel-good lighting. 🤘
JoyBop Nights (formerly MumRave) is for everyone comfortable in a femme empowering space. No judgement, no pressure, just a room full of friendly people having it together.
It's 50 minutes of non-stop fun.
Note: Our classes and events are inclusive and open all who feel comfortable in a space centred around the experiences and empowerment of women.

Bring water, nothing else needed. Wear clothes you’re comfortable exercising in.
We sometimes take short videos in class, mostly the instructor is visible and we pan the class for brief moments (who are not very visible with the lighting) if it is important to you not to be seen on camera at all please do make contact.
