This class is for both Mum and little one. Yoga for Mum will help build your strength and mobility. BIrthlight toddler yoga will encourage social, cognitive and emotional development as well as bonding with Mum. Fun and friendships, songs and chats.

Please bring a yoga mat for you. Mums usually go for coffee and cake after class and you would be very welcome to join xx
