You’re welcome to join any workshop individually or join them all supporting you to stay connected to your growth and aligned with the energy of each season. Working with the seasons is a powerful way to step out of autopilot and align your life with natural rhythms and in this half-day workshop, you’ll be guided through gentle yoga, guided meditation, journalling, intention setting rituals and restorative practices and there will be herbal tea and light home made treats to share.
Wear comfortable clothes and enter through the alleyway grey double doors.
Please bring writing material and a journal or notebook.
