Introducing Kelly and Liz who have been friends for nearly 20 years! We are delighted to bring our individual skills together, Kelly as a Dru yoga teacher and Liz as a therapeutic practising artist, to offer you this nurturing and immersive full day experience!
The yoga flow and relaxation will help you deepen and connect by tuning you into your body's natural rhythm, intertwined with creative methods to enable freedom of expression. Listening and working with both emotional and visual language we will play with colour, sound and pattern to create collage and make your own journaling sketchbook for you to take home.
Homemade chai tea will be especially prepared for you to enjoy along with a selection of herbal teas. Please bring your own lunch.
All art materials are included. Please bring your own yoga mat and blankets for relaxation.
We welcome all abilities, if you have any questions please get in touch and we will be happy to accommodate any of your needs.
Church of Nazarene is a bright and airy welcoming space. We have specifically chosen as the perfect environment for our activities.
