Supportive movement to build strength and keep joints moving with ease.

This mixed-level class is designed to gently improve your range of motion and gradually build strength. Using the support of the chair and a variety of props, we’ll explore poses that help create resistance and add challenge in a safe, adaptable way.

Each exercise comes with variations, so you can choose what feels right for your body on the da; whether that’s a softer approach or something a little stronger. The practice is primarily seated, but for those who are able to, there are opportunities to come to standing with the chair for support.

REFUND POLICY
Class bookings are available as pay as you go or booked in a term block:

Refunds on block bookings are available up to 2 weeks before the block starts
After that, block bookings can only be transferred to the next block.
Once a block has begun, no refunds or transfers are available.

Refunds on pay as you go are available up until 24hours before the class

ALL refunds are subject to a -5% administration fee.
