As the seasons begin to change, autumn invites us to slow down.
Join me for a calm, cosy and creative day designed to help you pause, breathe, and enjoy a day of relaxation in the peaceful surroundings of the countryside.
Held in the beautiful barn at The Promise Co, Leyland Farm in Worsley, this day offers a warm and welcoming space to step away from everyday life and take some time for yourself through relaxing and creative activities.
Throughout the day you’ll be gently guided through a series of relaxing experiences designed to help you unwind and reset.
The day will include:
✨ A deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session
✨ A creative candle-making workshop where you will create your own seasonal autumn candle to take home
✨ A homemade hearty lunch
✨️ Warming hot chocolates
✨ A restorative sound bath with Reiki
No experience is needed and there is no pressure to share – you are welcome to simply relax and enjoy the day at your own pace.
This day is perfect for anyone craving a peaceful day away from the bustle of everyday life.

What to Wear & Bring
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for relaxation and lying down during the Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath.
You may wish to bring:
• Warm layers or a cosy jumper
• A yoga mat and blanket or cushion for extra comfort
• A water bottle
You are very welcome to bring anything that helps you feel more comfortable.
Lunch
A homemade hearty lunch will be provided during the retreat, and cosy hot chocolates will also be provided.
Please let me know of any dietary requirements or allergies in advance so these can be accommodated.
This day is designed to be calm and supportive.
There is no pressure to share or participate beyond what feels comfortable for you.
All activities are gently guided and suitable for beginners.
It will finish at approximately 4:00pm, allowing everyone time to gently transition back into the rest of the day.
